as someone who is fairly ignorant of Vietnam... I would guess that chicken is probably the most popular/available animal for eating, so it would make sense the KFC would be the dominant (if not only) fast food. I'm guessing the Vietnamese aren't a big burger crowd...
regardless, Col. Sanders and Ho Chi Minh may have been separated at birth...
